We have manufactured excellent quality cold pressed oils since 2009 under the name Olajütő Cooperative. What makes our cold pressed oils excellent quality? We operate in Ormánság where the hours of sunlight are the highest in Hungary which guarantees great ingredients.
Our premium category oils are produced with exclusively mechanical process and without heat treatment.
The products are absolutely free from chemicals and manufactured on a small scale and most importantly with much love.
They have, besides their gastronomic value, an important role in maintaining our health.

About Kisszentmárton
Due to the lack of industry in the area its unemployment rate is really high at about 30% which is far above the national average.
Our Olajütő Social Cooperative was founded in 2009 thanks to a cooperative contest “Szövetkezz 2007”
Our goal was to create job opportunities for the residents in one of the least favoured areas in Hungary.
Both the production and the sourcing of the ingredients take place in Ormánság, which is regarded as outstanding among Hungarian oils.

Advantages of Ormánság Oils
Ormánság enjoys the highest amount of sunlight in Hungary and the soil quality is superb due to the vicinity of Drava river. These two factors contribute to, for instance, the high oil content and excellent nutritional values in the pumpkin seed produced in the area. Our cooperative buys and processes this ingredient.
Production, health
Ormánság oils are made with cold-pressing, which is the most gentle process and preserves the favourable nutritional values. Plain oils are produced without any chemicals and preservatives whatsoever. Thanks to it we can put our maximally wholesome, palatable, smiley oils on the tables of families who choose us.
Machines, technology
The production is powered by an all-purpose, twin-cylinder vegetable oil press, suitable for cold-pressing. Which is completed by different ancillary devices.
The oil obtained by exclusively mechanical process goes through a tube system to a fine sieve then into a tank and finally it makes into the bottles. We pay special attention to the environment therefore our partners use the side-products of our oil production as animal feed.
